The new Staudinger commentary on consumer construction contracts and developer contracts takes up the changes that have taken place since amendments were made to the contract for work provisions and their specific codification in 2018. It also reviews the construction contract law reform – a milestone in the development of construction contract law – as well as the case law that has followed.
